3 Day Silent Retreat ~ May 18 - 20

Our May Silent Retreat arrives at an incredibly beautiful time of year. More flowers are blooming each day and the warming earth says, "Yes!" beneath every step that thanks the ground. We gather together with new and old friends to navigate through the challenges of silent practice, and we all benefit so, so deeply. Experience shows us that these retreats are true health care, and they support us to live as we wish to be in more of our everyday lives.

You'll experience meditation (both sitting and walking), yoga asana, Breema: The Art of Being Present, playfulness, delicious and vital vegetarian meals, time in nature and more... Some classes will be held outside weather-permitting, and free time is included to enjoy the property. Dave and Alana Pratt will lead the retreat, and they ask that you read all of the details below if you are interested in attending. The itinerary is also posted at the bottom of this page.

Registration/Payment: You must register for this retreat in advance and the rates before tax are $435 for a single room/$355 shared room (two people), $355 per person for camping and $475 for one person lodging in the pond cabin. (Contact us for rates if you have two people who wish to stay in the pond cabin.) Rates include everything mentioned in the paragraph above; lodging, classes and meals.

Meditation: Most meditation periods will include sitting and walking meditation. The forms we will use are easy to follow and will include guidance as needed.

Meals: Meals will be vegetarian with an emphasis on organic and local ingredients.  Both vegan and gluten-free options will be offered at each meal. With registration, you will have an opportunity to let us know of any food sensitivities or concerns.

What to bring: Meditation Cushions and yoga mats will be provided, but, if you have your own, please do bring them.
