Retreat with us and explore this simple truth: The open flower receives more sun. What does it mean to be open, to be receptive? How do we connect to silence when back in our day-to-day lives? Our practice is a process that allows answers to unfold, and with the support of the group, we enter that mystery together.

Our May Silent Retreat arrives at an incredibly beautiful time of year. New blooms unfurl each day and the warming earth says "Yes" to every step that thanks the ground. We gather together with new and old friends to navigate through the challenges of silent practice, and we all benefit so deeply.

You'll experience meditation (sitting & walking), yoga asana, Breema: The Art of Being Present, playfulness, delicious & vital vegetarian meals & time in nature. Some classes may be outside, weather-permitting. We are also delighted to announce that Lana Sugarman and Narada Wise, will be leading us in a heart-opening kirtan to help bring our silence into sound. You need no experience in chanting, and it's easy to dive in! There is even the option to attend just the kirtan.

Dave and Alana Pratt will lead the retreat, and they ask that you read all of the details below if you are interested in attending. The itinerary is also posted at the bottom of this page.
