3 Day Silent Retreat ~ Jan. 24-26

Entering the quiet of ourselves in the silent space of True Nature at the beginning of the year - Such a gift. This practice brings light into our daily lives as we ease back towards spring, gathering our energy and wishes for the new year. We come together with new and old friends to navigate through the challenges of silent practice, and we all benefit so, so deeply. Experience shows us that these retreats are true health care, and they support us to live as we wish to be.

You'll experience meditation (both sitting and walking), yoga asana, Breema: The Art of Being Present, playfulness, delicious and vital vegetarian meals, time in nature and even a Breema treatment. Dave and Alana Pratt will lead the retreat, and they ask that you read all of the details below if you are interested in attending. The itinerary is also posted at the bottom of this page.
