Silent Retreat: Aug. 31-Sept. 2

Our Silent Retreats are a great support for taking the benefits of yoga, meditation and Breema into your daily life. With ample class time and periods to drink in the medicine of our natural surroundings, this is the perfect blend of activity and rest, challenge and ease. Since this is a holiday weekend, you may even have another day off once you return home, which is a great way to digest and prepare for life.

You'll experience meditation (both sitting and walking), yoga asana, Breema: The Art of Being Present, playfulness, poems, delicious and vital vegetarian meals, time in nature and more... Free time is included to enjoy the property and to take care of yourself. Dave and Alana Pratt will lead the retreat, and they ask that you read all of the details below if you are interested in attending. The itinerary is also posted at the bottom of this page.
