Ramble Coffee is the first business in our series featuring some of our "Favorite Things." We are careful in choosing everything you see or use (and in this case, drink) at True Nature. We do our best to select hand-made, locally-produced and fair-trade items. We believe in the principle of Mutual Support - knowing that everything from food to pottery and art are created via an interwoven web of people and nature. After a guest praised the deliciously-intentional roasts of Ramble Coffee, we had to give it a try ourselves...and we were not disappointed. Here's what Sara and John have to say:

Hi, we’re Sara and John.

We own and operate Ramble Coffee, a small, ethically-sourced coffee roasting company in Columbus. We started roasting coffee for friends and family a few years ago, and from there it grew into a side business. As we started learning about the many layers of the coffee industry, we were simultaneously building a teardrop camper to travel across the country with our kids, so we decided to build our love for adventure into our brand.

Since then we have devoted every spare moment to our little business—roasting in the evenings, doing pop ups and farmers markets with our “coffee camper” on weekends, and going on an origin trip to Guatemala.  We now roast at Global Gallery in Clintonville, which is a non-profit, Fair Trade coffee and gift shop that shares our vision of connecting the community to producers around the world. We hope you are revitalized by your stay at True Nature and enjoy time to sip a good, slow cup of coffee.
