Nov. 17 - 19

This weekend retreat is intentionally limited to a small group of 4-5 people to have the effect of deep rejuvenation and nurturance of the heart as we approach the holidays. We can't force ourselves to be grateful, but there are steps we can take to invite real gratitude. When we support the body and mind to work together with simple practices, gratitude, vitality and even a taste of what is real are possible. We don't experience such harmony in much of daily life, but it is our natural state, which we may know in the silence of the moment.

Join us for this retreat and take a little of that naturalness home for the holidays. You're invited to settle into the quiet together, working through the challenges and receiving the benefits of our shared practice as we connect to what is most essential.

The retreat includes multiple periods in group meditation (both sitting and walking), yoga classes, Breema: The Art of Being Present and individual Breema treatments too. Some classes may be held outside weather-permitting, and free time is included to enjoy nature. Dave and Alana Pratt will lead the retreat and ask that you please read all of the details below if you are interested in attending. The itinerary is also posted at the bottom of this page.
