Arrival:  2 o’clock


2:30 - 4:00 p.m. Private Yoga Class


7:15 p.m.  Dinner


8:30 – 9:30 p.m.  Meditation


Wednesday


8:00 a.m. Breakfast


11:00 - 12:15 p.m. Optional Small Group Gentle Yoga Class *(Add $10)


12:45 p.m. Lunch


4:30 – 6:00 p.m.  Private Yoga Class


7:15 p.m.  Dinner


8:30 – 9:30 p.m.  Meditation


Thursday


8:00 a.m.  Breakfast


9:00 – 10:00 a.m.  Meditation


10:30 a.m.  Check-Out
