It is a privilege to be able to share this place and these offerings with you. Both of us have spent many years studying the healing arts and consider our work at True Nature as a key part of our life’s purpose.

We have attended many retreats, both as participants and teachers, and see the tremendous value of going into nature with the added nourishment of Yoga, Breema, Massage Therapy, meditation and vital food.

We believe our retreats are a beautiful gift you can give yourself. This is what we have consistently seen.

They are especially helpful during times of stress and strife when you feel depleted, overwhelmed and in need of some time to yourself. Another wonderful time to retreat is when you find yourself going through a major life change or transition (or more than one simultaneously!). Retreats can be nurturing support when you are recovering from a traumatic event or are dealing with grief, or if you are simply ready to enjoy the bloomy grin of being who you Are.
